Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult men and women aged 20 to 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals who are unable to perform squat exercises with proper technique 2)Individuals with musculoskeletal injury or pain in the knee, spine, hip, ankle, or related regions 3)Individuals who are unable to exert maximal effort due to other injuries or pain 4)Individuals with cardiovascular disease
