Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 19 years or older with a gestational age of 37 weeks or more who are undergoing cesarean section under spinal anesthesia in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Peripheral vascular disease Neuropathy Autonomic dysfunction Patients with contraindications to spinal anesthesia, including patient refusal, hypersensitivity to local anesthetics, or infection at the puncture site Patients in whom assessment of sensory block is difficult (e.g., sensory impairment or motor disability)
