Behavioral : This study will be conducted on 90 stroke patients who are hospitalized or visiting as outpatients at Hospital B in Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, with the wearable high-intensity

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The selection criteria were as follows: patients diagnosed with stroke more than 6 months ago; able to use an iPhone or Apple Watch; free from arrhythmia, hypertension, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, unstable angina, peripheral arterial disease, orthopedic disease, or depression; patients with a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE-K) score of 24 or higher; able to walk 10 m independently; patients with a Functional Ambulation Categories score of 4 or higher; patients who can walk for more than 6 minutes with or without an assistive device (ankle brace only); patients with a Berg Balance Scale score of 41 or higher; patients with a Functional Reach Test score of 25 cm or higher; and patients whose guardians understood the purpose of this study and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were defined as those unable to perform high-intensity training, those taking drugs that may interfere with neuromuscular control, or those unable to perform an exercise stress test.
