Behavioral : The intervention was an educational program developed based on the Brief Senior Technology Acceptance Model (Brief STAM) to promote the use of a personal health record (PHR) application.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 years or older 2. Diagnosed with at least one chronic disease by a physician and currently receiving treatment or management 3. Scoring 3 or higher on the Korean version of the Mini-Cog, indicating no cognitive impairment 4.Owning and able to use a personal smartphone 5. Providing written informed consent voluntarily
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous experience using the “My Health Record” personal health record application prior to enrollment 2. Failure to complete baseline or post-intervention assessments, or providing survey responses insufficient for analysis 3. Missing two or more intervention sessions
