Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Males or females aged 65 years or older - Individuals who are capable of using a multi-channel oral irrigator independently or have a caregiver who can operate the device - Individuals who voluntarily provide informed consent to participate in the clinical trial and are able to comply with the study protocol - Those who have provided written informed consent from their legal guardians
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Males or females aged 64 years or younger - Patients treated for aspiration pneumonia due to dysphagia within the last 2 weeks - Patients with head and neck cancers, including oral cancer - Individuals deemed unsuitable for this clinical study by the principal investigator or research staff due to paroxysmal coughing or other reasons - Patients with other co-morbidities that may affect the research process or results
