Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) healthy adults aged 20 to 35 years (2) individuals who had engaged in regular exercise (aerobic or resistance training, 1–3 times per week) within the past 6 months (3) individuals with no limitations in lower extremity movements, such as walking and heel raising (4) individuals who understood the purpose of the study and voluntarily agreed to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) experiencing discomfort during the measurement procedures (2) not meeting the inclusion criteria (3) presence of wounds or skin conditions at the Kinesio tape application sites (e.g., calf or ankle) (4) history of neurological or vestibular disorders (5) presence of musculoskeletal or orthopedic conditions that could affect the study procedures (6) inability to perform the study procedures.
