Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Women aged 19 to 54 years • Diagnosed with endometrial cancer • Underwent oophorectomy • Stage I to III disease • Within 12 months after surgery • At possible status of surgical menopause • Able to visit the Yonsei University fitness center at least once weekly • Physically able to participate in physical activity and exercise • Native Korean speaker and able to read Korean

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Age 55 years or older • Stage IV or higher endometrial cancer • Planned reoperation due to infection • Diagnosed with endometrial cancer but did not undergo oophorectomy • History of diagnosed or treated psychiatric disorders such as depression or anxiety • Severe musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, or internal medical disease • Limitation in exercise participation due to delayed postoperative recovery • Considered inappropriate for study participation due to past or current medical history or medication use
