Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 19 years or older classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification 1–3, scheduled for scheduled surgery for indications of invasive radial artery pressure measurement
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: emergency surgery, those who have already undergone invasive arterial catheterization prior to anesthesia, those with an unstable hemodynamic status, peripheral vascular disease, Raynaud's disease, a negative Modified Allen's test, skin disease at the insertion site, infection, hematoma, or a history of recent catheter insertion.
