Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 20 to 64 years 2. ASA physical status classification 1–3 3. Scheduled for lobectomy via thoracotomy under general anesthesia 4. Capable of understanding the study purpose and providing voluntary written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 20 years or 65 years or older 2. ASA physical status classification 4 or higher 3. Planned lobectomy via non-thoracotomy approach (e.g., VATS, thoracoscopic surgery) 4. Preoperative baseline elevation of cardiac troponin T (pre-existing myocardial injury) 5. Severe renal impairment (on dialysis or eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m²) 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women 7. Refusal to provide written informed consent 8. Patients deemed inappropriate for study participation at the investigator's discretion
