Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Overhand pitchers 2) Excessive external rotation range of motion in the shoulder joint 3) No injuries to the lower extremities (especially the hamstrings) or shoulder joint within the past six months 4) No eccentric training that stresses the hamstrings within the past month 5) No history of musculoskeletal surgery in the lower extremities or shoulder joint 6) No pain or stiffness in the lower extremities or shoulder joint after the pitching motion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Sidearm or underhand pitchers 2) Neurological damage to the lower extremities or shoulder joints 3) Engaging in sports other than baseball training
