Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were new graduate nurses working at a tertiary hospital with less than one year of clinical experience. Individuals who voluntarily agreed to participate and were able to understand the study procedures were included. Participants were also required to have access to a mobile phone capable of receiving text messages.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who did not provide consent or withdrew during the study were excluded. Individuals who were unable to receive text messages or had incomplete survey responses were also excluded from the analysis.
