Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Currently enrolled university students aged 19 years or older at a university in Cheonan, Republic of Korea Ability to walk independently without assistive devices Voluntary consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of musculoskeletal or neurological disorders Limitations in walking due to injuries of the lower back, knee, or ankle Inability to attend both intervention sessions during the study period
