Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19 years or older Individuals willing to participate in four experimental sessions (One session per day as a general rule, with inter-session intervals determined in consultation with the participant)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with neurological or psychiatric disorders, or other significant medical conditions Individuals with inflammation or wounds at the tDCS electrode site, or a history of cranial surgery (e.g., skull fracture, defect, or plate fixation) Individuals with a history of epileptic seizures Individuals with a prior diagnosis of traumatic brain injury Individuals with implanted medical devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, or orthodontic appliances Individuals with claustrophobia (for the fMRI experiment) Individuals with a Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) score = 23 or a Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) score = 20 Individuals with a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score = 6
