Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing major hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery under general anesthesia.Age = 20 and < 80 years.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I, II, or III.Patients who voluntarily provide written informed consent to participate in this clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 37.5°C before anesthesia induction), or extreme body mass index (BMI > 35 kg/m² or < 18 kg/m²).History of hypersensitivity to vasopressors (e.g., norepinephrine, ephedrine, phenylephrine).Patient refusal.
