Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 65 years or older who have been diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment or dementia according to the criteria of the Ministry of Health and Welfare or a medical institution 2. Individuals with a score of 15–23 on the Mini-Mental State Examination-Korea and a Clinical Dementia Rating score of 0.5 or 1 3. Individuals who are able to walk independently indoors without the use of assistive devices 4. Individuals who are able to respond appropriately to visual and auditory stimuli 5. Individuals who have provided written informed consent, along with consent from a legally authorized representative 6. Individuals who are deemed physically capable of participating in exercise by a physician

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe dementia or other neurological disorders (e.g., Parkinson’s disease, stroke) that limit participation in the exercise and cognitive training program 2. Individuals with severe depression or psychiatric disorders that may interfere with study participation or safety 3. Individuals with a history of falls, fractures, or surgery within the past 6 months that may increase the risk of injury or limit physical recovery 4. Individuals with communication impairments that make it difficult to understand instructions or complete study procedures
