Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who are interested in chronic disease management, voluntarily agree to participate in this study, and have provided written informed consent 2) Adults aged between 20 and 70 years 3) Individuals who regularly use the cafeteria at the Maeil Dairies Co., Ltd. Pyeongtaek or Asan plant

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with known hypersensitivity to any component of the test food or a history of severe food allergic reactions
