Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Adults aged 18 to 70 years • Patients with colorectal polyps =10 mm detected during colonoscopy and indicated for cold snare polypectomy • Patients who voluntarily provide written informed consent after receiving a full explanation of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients who do not provide informed consent • Patients who have not discontinued antiplatelet or anticoagulant agents according to guideline-recommended periods • Patients with acute infection, severe systemic disease, or conditions that may interfere with the procedure • Patients with psychiatric disorders or poor compliance that may affect participation or follow-up • Pregnant or potentially pregnant women • Patients deemed inappropriate for participation at the discretion of the investigator
