Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Registered nurses currently working in healthcare institutions in South Korea Nurses who have experienced patient safety incident Individuals who are able to access and use a web-based program (via smartphone or computer)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have been diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder and are currently receiving treatment Individuals reporting psychological distress related to patient safety incidents at a level requiring professional psychological treatment or intervention
