Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A woman aged 40 to 60 who has experienced amenorrhea in the last 12 months or complains of menopausal symptoms Those who meet a PSQI of 5 or more points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a person who takes sleeping pills a person diagnosed with mental illness a person whose exercise is restricted due to musculoskeletal disorders a person who is participating in another exercise program
