Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine residents (PGY 1–4) at Chungnam National University Hospital - Individuals who voluntarily provide written informed consent after receiving a full explanation of the study purpose and methods - Individuals who are willing to participate in ultrasound scanning training of the brachial plexus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for the Standardized Patient Role Participants will be excluded from serving as standardized patients if any of the following conditions apply. However, participation as an operator may still be considered separately: - History of surgery involving the neck, supraclavicular, or scapular region resulting in anatomical alterations - Presence of moderate to severe cervical spine disease or significant neck/shoulder pain - Pregnancy - Severe obesity (BMI = 35), or anticipated excessive fatigue or discomfort during ultrasound scanning as judged by the investigator - Any other medical condition deemed inappropriate by the investigator
