Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Age 19 years or older -Patients meeting the indications for Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT-P or CRT-D) implantation -Patients with concomitant permanent atrial fibrillation (AF), regardless of the plan for AV junctional (AVJ) ablation -Patients who understand the purpose of the study and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -History of prosthetic tricuspid valve replacement -History of myocardial infarction involving the interventricular septum -Life expectancy of less than 12 months -Patients unable to complete the 12-month follow-up for any reason -Pregnant women -History of heart transplantation
