Interventions

Behavioral : This study will be conducted using a randomized crossover design. All participants (n = 30
15 males and 15 females) will complete two experimental conditions (exercise snacks condition and control condition) in a randomized order. Each condition will be performed following an overnight fast

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 20 to 39 who have signed the informed consent form 2) Class 1 or 2 obese individuals (BMI = 25 kg/m² and < 35 kg/m²) 3) No participation in structured exercise programs for past three months before study entry (defined as less than 150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per week) 4) No significant weight changes (? BMI <±3 kg/m²) for past three months before study entry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with severe arthritis or musculoskeletal disorders that may limit physical activity 2) Individuals currently taking medications that affect metabolic or cardiovascular function, including oral hypoglycemic agents, antihypertensive drugs, lipid-lowering medications, or weight-control drugs 3) Individuals with a history of unstable angina, type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus, cardiac surgery, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, or epilepsy 4) Individuals diagnosed with glucose–galactose malabsorption 5) Individuals with communication difficulties that may interfere with study participation 6) Current smokers 7) Pregnant women
