Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19–80 years diagnosed with MGUS or SMM Body mass index (BMI) = 25 Sufficient physical and mental ability to adhere to the KORMED diet Ability to use a smartphone and wearable device Willingness to provide informed consent for study participation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of multiple myeloma or other malignant hematologic diseases (e.g., leukemia, lymphoma, or any other hematologic malignancy according to the WHO classification) Serious comorbidities: Heart failure: New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class III or IV heart failure Renal failure: eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73 m² (by CKD-EPI eGFR) Diseases requiring dietary restriction (e.g., Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, malabsorption syndrome, advanced liver cirrhosis*). *Advanced liver cirrhosis defined by clinically or radiologically confirmed ascites, history of hepatic encephalopathy, history of esophageal/gastric variceal bleeding, hepatorenal syndrome, or spontaneous bacterial peritonitis. K-MEDAS score = 8 (already adherent to a Mediterranean diet) Severe limitation in walking ability (in the judgment of the treating physician, able to walk only = 1,000 steps per day, or requiring continuous use of walking aids such as a wheelchair or crutches).
