Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Young women (ages 20–35) with sedentary lifestyles who voluntarily wish to participate - Those whose total daily sitting time during work, study, or leisure activities exceeds approximately 7 hours - Those with no restrictions on participating in regular exercise and measurements for 8 weeks - Those without a regular exercise habit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals with musculoskeletal disorders or those deemed unfit for exercise by a medical specialist - Individuals who have participated in other clinical trials or received investigational drugs, such as oral contraceptives or hormones, within the past 4 weeks - Individuals with severe or unstable physical conditions, such as metabolic syndrome, diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, asthma, or thyroid disease - Individuals unable to perform regular exercise during the participation period - Individuals with irregular menstrual cycles (less than 25 days or more than 31 days) - Pregnant individuals
