Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From July 2016 to May 2025, 180 patients (77 males, 103 females) aged between 20 and 80 who were diagnosed with chronic ankle instability through MRI scans at the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, K University Hospital, located in K-gu, S City.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were as follows: -Individuals who had undergone orthopedic surgery within the past 3 months -Individuals diagnosed with metabolic bone disease -Individuals with severe psychiatric disorders -Individuals diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis
