Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants of this study were emergency room nurses working in the emergency medical centers of three general and tertiary hospitals located in Gyeonggi-do and Seoul. Nurses who voluntarily agreed to participate after receiving a full explanation of the study purpose and procedures were included. - Nurses currently working in an emergency medical center with at least six months of clinical experience in the department - Nurses who provide direct patient care in the emergency medical center - Nurses who have experience providing direct care to patients with mental health problems - Nurses who are able to use devices such as smartphones or tablets to participate in mobile-based learning

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Nurses who have completed psychiatric nursing–related education within the past year - Nurses in managerial or administrative positions who are not directly involved in patient care
