Behavioral : 1. Modified Toe-Heel Raise Exercise (Experimental Group: MTHRE) The experimental group performed a modified version of the heel-raise exercise designed to maximize the windlass mechanism.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 8–12 years presenting with flexible flatfoot.Navicular Drop Test (NDT) value of $\ge$ 6 mm.Staheli Index of $\ge$ 1.15 measured via plantar pressure scanning.Radiographic evidence (X-ray) satisfying both Meary’s angle of $\ge$ 4° and calcaneal pitch angle between 17° and 32°.Pediatric Balance Scale (PBS) score of 45 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of rigid (fixed) flatfoot. Presence of pes cavus (high-arched foot). History of neurological or neuromuscular disorders.
