Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 19 years or older. 2) Diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease according to the UK Parkinson’s Disease Society Brain Bank criteria. 3) Hoehn and Yahr (H&Y) stage 1–4. 4) Individuals who fully understand the study after receiving detailed explanation, voluntarily decide to participate, and provide written informed consent agreeing to comply with study procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with dementia, in order to exclude individuals with moderate or greater cognitive impairment that may interfere with assessment. 2) History of drug or alcohol abuse. 3) History of acute severe cerebrovascular disease (e.g., stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage), cardiovascular disease (e.g., myocardial infarction, heart failure), or active malignancy requiring intensive treatment within 6 months prior to screening. 4) Diagnosed with or suspected of having atypical parkinsonism (e.g., multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, corticobasal degeneration, dementia with Lewy bodies). 5) Individuals deemed inappropriate for study participation by the principal investigator for any other reason.
