Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 19 to 90 years at the time of enrollment. 2. Patients scheduled to undergo posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) due to one or more of the following conditions: Spondylolisthesis Spinal stenosis Foraminal stenosis Recurrent herniated disc after prior surgery Degenerative disc disease 3. Ability to understand the study procedures and provide written informed consent (prospective cohort only). 4. Ability to comply with scheduled postoperative clinical and radiological follow-up assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded: 1. Age 90 years at enrollment 2. Surgery planned for non-degenerative spinal conditions (e.g., infection, tumor, trauma) 3. History of prior lumbar fusion or disc replacement at the index level 4. Presence of bleeding disorders or significant coagulopathy 5. Inability to comply with study procedures or follow-up assessments 6. Inability to obtain essential outcome data
