Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adults aged 25 to 60 years - Nurses with at least 6 months of shift work experience - Individuals with no medical contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Pregnancy or possibility of pregnancy - Presence of claustrophobia - Recent history of otitis media or upper respiratory tract infection - Presence of any underlying diseases contraindicated for hyperbaric oxygen therapy
