Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female adolescents aged 13 to 18 years experiencing stress 2. Individuals with a score of 14 or higher on the Korean version of the Perceived Stress Scale (K-PSS-10) 3. Individuals who voluntarily agree to participate in this study 4. Individuals without any physical limitations affecting exercise performance 5. Individuals who provide written informed consent, including parental/guardian consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of injury or orthopedic or neurological surgery within the past 6 months 2. Individuals with a history of cognitive impairment or psychiatric treatment 3. Individuals who are unable to perform normal assessments on the day of measurement due to severe fatigue, sleep deprivation, pain, or fever 4. Individuals with identified health problems based on a medical certificate or pre-screening questionnaire
