Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study targets adults who intend to improve their dietary habits or physical activity but face difficulties in implementation. The specific inclusion criteria are as follows: - Age: Adults aged 18 to 64 years. - Lifestyle Status: Individuals who recognize a need for lifestyle improvement regarding dietary habits or physical activity but experience challenges in actual practice. - Transtheoretical Model (TTM) Stage: Individuals categorized into the Pre-contemplation, Contemplation, or Preparation stages based on the TTM questionnaire for exercise or dietary behavior change. - Physical & Mental Health: * Individuals not experiencing clinical-level severe physical or mental health issues. - Individuals reporting sub-threshold levels of depression (PHQ-9 < 10) and anxiety (GAD-7 < 10) on standardized screening scales. - Digital Literacy: Individuals capable of accessing web-based platforms via PC or smartphone and using interactive interfaces without difficulty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: To minimize potential risks and prevent confounding factors in the interpretation of intervention effects—given that participants are screened solely via online self-reports without face-to-face clinical assessment—the following individuals are excluded: - Chronic Conditions & Medication: Individuals currently diagnosed with chronic diseases (e.g., hypertension, diabetes) and taking prescribed medication for treatment or management. - Psychiatric History: Individuals with a history of psychiatric diagnosis or treatment within the last 6 months, or those currently taking psychiatric medication. - Psychological High-Risk Groups: Individuals reporting moderate to severe levels of depression (PHQ-9 > 9) or anxiety (GAD-7 > 9) on standardized scales. - Individuals reporting suicidal ideation on standardized scales (specifically, a score of 2 or higher on Item 9 of the PHQ-9).
