Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 19 years or older with hemiparesis following ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke occurring at least 6 months prior to enrollment. Ability to perform KINARM tasks using the affected upper limb. Cognitive ability sufficient to understand and follow the researcher’s instructions, defined as a Korean Mini-Mental State Examination (K-MMSE) score of 20 or higher. Provided informed consent to participate in the study either personally or via a legal guardian after full explanation of the study procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of pain, musculoskeletal problems, or orthopedic issues in the affected upper limb. Severe aphasia that impairs communication. Presence of unilateral neglect affecting the affected side. Pregnant women or women of childbearing potential who may be pregnant. Presence of a pacemaker or other implanted electrical devices. Experiencing nausea, vomiting, or related symptoms when viewing the screen.
