Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The participants were office workers employed at a corporation in Seoul and were recruited between august 4 and September 25, 2025. Inclusion criteria were adults aged 20–50 years who were full-time (<40 h/week) computer-based office workers, individuals demonstrating obvious SD on the dominant arm according to the three-grade SDT classification by McClure et al., thereby ensuring enrollment of participants with clearly observable SD, and participants with full, pain-free, passive bilateral shoulder ROM.
