Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: As of the experimental date, voluntary participants who wished to participate in the music education program (after-school classes) according to Kohut's theory were targeted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to participate in the study, failure to participate in pre- or post-questionnaire tests and physiological tests due to illness (flu, etc.), failure to participate in the program due to long-term absenteeism, etc
