Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Children diagnosed with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy at levels I or II on the Gross Motor Function Classification System. - Children classified as levels I or II on the Manual Ability Classification System. - Children with Modified Ashworth Scale 1 or 2 in the ankle muscles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Children who had undergone orthopedic surgery or received botulinum toxin type A injections in the lower extremities within the past 6 months or during the study period. - Children who were unable to understand or follow instructions. - Children with a history of skin allergy or hypersensitivity to taping.
