Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants will be included in the study if they meet all of the following criteria: 1.Individuals who understand the purpose of the study and provide voluntary informed consent 2.Aged between 65 and 74 years (young-old adults) 3.Able to communicate and participate in questionnaires and intervention programs 4.Able to use a smartphone 5.Able to wear a wearable device for at least 8 hours per day 6.Agree to wear a wearable device throughout the study period (12 weeks) 7.Able to ambulate independently and engage in physical activity, including walking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: 1.Participation in any structured exercise program within the past 6 months 2.Participation in any nutrition-related program within the past 6 months 3.Participation in any sleep management program within the past 6 months 4.Participation in any stress management program within the past 6 months 5.Diagnosed cognitive impairment (e.g., dementia) that may limit participation 6.Diagnosed sleep disorder or currently receiving treatment for sleep problems In addition, individuals currently receiving lifestyle-related interventions from other professionals will be excluded to avoid potential confounding effects on the study outcomes.
