Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with non-specific chronic low back pain by a physician. Individuals who have experienced low back pain for more than six weeks within the 12 weeks prior to June 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of malignant tumors, spinal infections, spinal fractures, or systemic inflammatory diseases. Individuals with a history of surgery on the lumbar spine, pelvis, abdomen, or hip joint. Individuals with neurological symptoms such as cauda equina syndrome or radiating pain in the lower limbs.
