Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older adults (both male and female) aged 65 and older Healthy individuals without any specific current diseases Individuals who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of orthopedic surgery within the last year Individuals currently taking medication for the treatment of other diseases Individuals unable to perform the intervention due to severe dizziness or claustrophobia when wearing Mixed Reality (MR) equipment Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation by the principal investigator for other reasons
