Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Novice nurses hired at a hospital in S city who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily consent to participate, with clinical experience of 3 months or more but less than 4 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with clinical experience of less than 3 months or 4 months or more
