Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily agree to participate Community-dwelling older adults attending senior welfare centers Individuals capable of participating in the virtual reality (VR)-based training program Individuals able to communicate and complete questionnaires and assessments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe visual or hearing impairments that make the use of VR equipment difficult Individuals with severe neurological or psychiatric disorders that may interfere with participation in the program Individuals with medical conditions that prevent participation in the intervention during the study period Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation by the researchers
