Behavioral : This study aims to investigate changes in cerebral blood flow velocity and blood pressure according to exercise intensity in adult males. Participants will be classified into two groups:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult men aged between 20s to 40s. Adult men without musculoskeletal disorders or cardiovascular diseases. Adult men who are not taking medications that may affect the study outcomes. Individuals who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily agree to participate.s

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with cardiac arrhythmia or those who have undergone implantation of a cardiac pacemaker. Individuals diagnosed with cerebrovascular diseases such as vascular stenosis, occlusion, or hypertension. Individuals with poor temporal windows identified during the preliminary cerebral blood flow monitoring. Individuals who do not agree to participate in this study.
