Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19 years or older Patients with colorectal polyps measuring 10–20 mm who undergo endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) during colonoscopy Patients who provide written informed consent for participation in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of colorectal resection Inadequate bowel preparation Patients with inflammatory bowel disease Patients with suspected or confirmed advanced colorectal cancer Patients with hereditary colorectal polyposis syndromes Patients in whom polypectomy or biopsy cannot be performed (e.g., continuous anticoagulant therapy) Failure of cecal intubation Refusal to participate in the study
