Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants will be included if they meet all of the following criteria: adults aged 18 years or older; individuals without musculoskeletal or neurological disorders affecting movement; individuals able to walk independently without assistive devices or assistance; individuals capable of performing activities of daily living independently; and individuals who spend most of their daily life in a sedentary lifestyle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: individuals with implanted cardiac devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, or other electronic recording devices; individuals with artificial implants or metallic materials in soft tissues; individuals with a history of cardiovascular diseases, including heart failure, angina, arrhythmia, aortic stenosis, myocardial infarction, or atherosclerotic disease; individuals with musculoskeletal or neurological disorders affecting movement; individuals with a history of severe psychiatric disorders as determined by the investigator; individuals with clinically significant abnormal findings on physical examination as determined by the investigator; individuals with central nervous system or neurological disorders, including multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, or a history of seizures; individuals with gastrointestinal or liver diseases, including liver cirrhosis or viral hepatitis; individuals with a history of alcohol dependence or substance abuse; individuals who are currently participating or have participated within the past 30 days in another clinical trial involving investigational products, unapproved drugs, or medical devices; and individuals with a history of kidney, liver, or pulmonary diseases, including chronic asthma.
