Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with uterine fibroids requiring immediate medical or surgical intervention due to abnormal uterine bleeding or heavy menstrual bleeding - Patients with anemia requiring active medical or surgical management - Patients diagnosed with menopause regardless of age, or women aged =45 years classified as perimenopausal even with regular menstrual cycles - Patients who have undergone myomectomy, uterine artery embolization, levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system insertion, medical therapy affecting fibroids, or other fibroid-related treatments within the past year - Cases in which malignant transformation is suspected based on imaging findings or clinical presentation of the mass - Patients currently receiving hormone therapy
