Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with diabetes (E11), hypertension (I10-I15), or lipid metabolism disorders (E78), who have been taking at least one medication (such as fibrates or statins) for diabetes, hypertension, or lipid disorders for a minimum of four weeks, and who meet at least one criterion of the NCEP-ATP III metabolic syndrome diagnostic criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have undergone Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA) or Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) within the last six months, have severe renal disease (eGFR < 30 ml/min), have heart function classified as NYHA III-IV, have been diagnosed with and are receiving treatment for malignant tumors within the last five years, are organ transplant recipients or are taking immunosuppressants, have cardiovascular or musculoskeletal conditions that absolutely contraindicate exercise, or are participating in other clinical trials or treatments at the time of screening.
