Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bronchiectasis in one or more lobes on chest CT Respiratory symptoms, including daily phlegm, persisting for the past 2 months or longer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under 40 years of age Cystic fibrosis Previous pulmonary resection, heart or lung transplantation Pregnant or lactating women Current smokers Patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis or receiving treatment for nontuberculous mycobacteria Unwilling to participate in the study
