Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria Third- and fourth-year nursing students currently enrolled at K University in D metropolitan city. Participants with no visual or hearing impairments that would interfere with the use of a head-mounted display (HMD) or participation in the simulation. Those who have been fully informed about the study's purpose and procedures and have voluntarily provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria Those with a history of severe motion sickness (VR sickness) or seizure disorders (e.g., epilepsy) that may be triggered by virtual reality environments. Those who have previously participated in a nursing education program or simulation specifically focused on DKA management using VR.
