Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ward nurses working in Korean–Western integrative hospitals designated as the Ministry of Health and Welfare pilot project sites Nurses with at least three months of clinical experience at the integrative hospital Adults aged 19 years or older Individuals who understand the study purpose and procedures and voluntarily agree to participate Individuals able to complete both pre- and post-intervention surveys

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals affiliated with the Korean–Western integrative hospital but not working as ward nurses Individuals who are currently on leave or not performing direct nursing duties
