Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 65 years or older enrolled in the Customized Care Service Able to independently prepare or cook food Living in a household equipped with basic kitchen appliances (refrigerator, gas stove) and utensils (pots, dishes) No prior experience with senior-friendly certified foods

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with prior experience consuming senior-friendly certified foods (excluded to ensure accurate assessment of acceptability in this study) Individuals without proper refrigerator or freezer storage facilities at home (excluded due to potential quality degradation of senior-friendly food products during storage) Individuals unable to perform cooking tasks (excluded because semi-prepared senior-friendly food items require basic cooking before consumption)
